Ron Novitski,

owner of Brookshire Custom Homes, began designing and building quality custom homes over twenty years ago in the north suburbs of Indianapolis. Ron has an intricate working knowledge of each and every facet of the home construction process. Brookshire provides the architectural expertise to develop a client's ideas, tastes, requirements and desires into a home that exceeds their needs and expectations. Brookshire has built homes ranging from comfortable ranches to multi-million dollar luxury estates.

Ron and his partner, Dave Burns, provide an "Inception to Reality" process in building your home, through its architectural design services. These services incorporate a "Visualize before you build" approach through computer 3D design and rendering. Brookshire also offers the assistance of home site selection and retains an interior designer to assist with the selection of those critical finishing touches.

Brookshire can offer new home or remodeling based on a Fixed Price, Cost Plus or Consultative pricing structure. Not ready to move? Why not remodel the home you already own into one you'll love? Brookshire applies the same approach to remodeling as it does for new home construction. The process does not end when you move-in! Brookshire offers 2, 3 and 5-year total maintenance packages including a 10-year structural warranty. Brookshire also builds "Green Certified Homes" in compliance with ANSI ICC700-2008.
